INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz ground turkey (220g)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp zucchini, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp green pesto
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Form walnut-sized meatballs with your hands.
  2. 2 Cook in a nonstick pan, with a little bit of fat and cover with a lid.
  3. 3 In 4-5 minutes flip on the other side. You can also choose to cook the sides as well.
  4. 4 Serve with salad, cauliflower rice or zoodler for a full high protein low carb dinner!
